The Property Finance Team
John Punch – Senior Credit Manager, Property
John Punch joined GCC in 2006 and has since provided GCC clients with clear and practical solutions to their property finance requirements. He is a veteran of the commercial property mortgage market with over 30 years of credit experience within the Australian property industry holding various high level positions including Senior Manager Corporate Banking for the ANZ. Through his years in the industry John brings to the table a vast amount of experience required in the current market to get deals done.

Bryan Boyd – Senior Credit Manager, Property
Bryan has over 30 years experience in the banking and finance sector. During this time, Bryan has focused on property and construction finance dealing in all aspects from product development to asset creation. Bryan previously co-headed the Institutional Property division of St George Bank and he has also held various senior positions at institutions such as AMP Bank and GIO. Bryan brings to GCC an unparalleled depth of industry knowledge and experience in the commercial property and construction finance sector.
Lana Kogan – Credit Manager
Lana joined GCC in early 2006 as a Credit Analyst. Prior to working for GCC Lana worked in various roles in the mortgage industry and also the accounting industry. Lana is a graduate of Sydney University in bachelor of commerce majoring in law and accounting.
Credit Analyst Team
GCC's Credit Analysts provide technical support for all client financing needs where they be straight forward or complex. This starts with a thorough understanding the client's individual borrowing needs in preparing the appropriate and experienced knowledge of our Funders into all credit submission, analysing the appropriate Funders that suit the client's needs both now and in the future, and of course ensuring the smooth and prompt settlement of the transaction in a professional manner.
Private Equity

Bill Salouris – Private Equity
Bill Salouris has been with Global Capital Corporation (GCC) since incorporation in 2001 and has been involved in the finance industry in Australia and abroad for well over 20 years. Bill holds a degree in Economics and Finance. Bill has specialised in project and infrastructure finance in South East Asia, as well as arranging foreign investment projects into the region. Under Bill’s management, GCC constantly reviews business practice and develops new products and procedures in the pursuit of the clients funding objectives without the "road blocks” that the traditional banking system throws up.

Andrew West – National Sales Manager
Andrew’s background in finance and lending stands him in good stead for his role at Global Capital. With a positive outlook he creates an optimum approach, all the while utilising his business strengths that lie in his experience, knowledge and skills, which have matured over the past 30 years.
Andrew began his career with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia where he gained lending experience in a diverse range of fields - from business and asset financing to commercial and property lending. He then moved on to take up the role of Commercial Business Development Manager with ING Bank, Ashe Morgan Commercial and Suncorp Bank.

Ahmad Gharib - Business Development Manager
Ahmad Gharib is degree qualified with an Economics & Finance degree. Ahmad has worked with various financial institutions initially as a Credit Analyst before being promoted to a senior Relationship Manager. Ahmad has extensive experience in Commercial & Constructions Loans as well as all facets of Retail & Commercial banking. Ahmad also offers Insurance Broking services predominately looking after Home Warranty and Construction Risk Insurance. Ahmad’s experience in Banking & Insurance makes him a valuable member of our team and he is available to meet and discuss with you your finance and insurance needs.
Naomi Randell – Sales Support Executive
Naomi joined GCC after having worked in the finance industry since 2007.  Naomi started her career with National Australia Bank in the retail banking sector as a teller, quickly learned the ropes and worked her way up to a Branch Manager position.  Naomi then moved in to Mortgage Broking where she has strengthened her depth of knowledge of how mortgage originators, non bank lenders and the major banks operate and assess risk.  
Nilesh Makani - NSW Brokers: Sales Support Executive 
Nilesh joined GCC after having worked for several years in the finance industry in the UK. Prior to joining GCC Nilesh worked as an underwriter, mortgage broker and financial advisor for the Royal Bank of Scotland and Bradford & Bingley where he brings valuable experience working within these roles. Nilesh graduated from the University of London in 2001 having gained a Bachelors degree in Physics with Business. 
The Business Finance Team
Tim Malafouris - General Manager Business Finance
Tim has over 20 years experience in the business finance industry with the last 15 years in senior management roles. Specialising in business and asset finance, Tim is a recent addition to GCC and joins to head up our business finance division after running Neon Finance for the last 4 years and prior to that was an Executive Director at LeaseChoice. Tim brings a comprehensive knowledge of the equipment finance, debtor finance and trade finance industries with a keen client focus.
Jesus DeFelipe - Credit Analyst  
Jesùs is a recent graduate of Applied Economics from the University of Canberra. He grew up in Spain and came to Australia to complete his degree. Jesùs has professional experience providing administrative and financial support. He brings with him an ability to work effectively for clients and establish strong relationships with stakeholders.
Marcella Roybal MBA - Business Development Manager
Marcella works with a variety of industry sectors providing business and asset finance solutions. Business development and customer service are her strength. She enjoys finding solutions for her clients and values the relationships that are developed. She works hard to find a solution for any finance request. She manages & executes business finance transactions up to $20M+ transactions. 
She holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering.  Her past life has seen her working in corporate advisory, distribution and management.  She has a personal interest in helping others who are disadvantaged in life.

Geoff Cannings - Chief Financial Officer
Geoff is a qualified accountant with over 30 years experience in this field. He has worked both here in Australia and overseas in London with companies such as: Lord Howe Island Board, DDB Needham Advertising Agency, Concord Advertising UK, Knight Frank Pty Ltd, FAI Insurance and State Rail Authority (SRA). Covering industries involved in advertising, shopping centres and property management, government bodies and financial services as Chief Financial Officer and Financial Controller. He also has considerable experience in the within the mortgage industry.
