John Punch – Senior Credit Manager, Property
John Punch provides GCC clients with clear and practical
solutions to their property finance requirements. John joined GCC in 2006 and is a veteran of the commercial property mortgage market, contributing over
30 years of credit experience across the Australian property industry. He has also held various high level positions
including Senior Manager, Corporate Banking for ANZ Bank. Drawing on his years
in the industry, John brings to the table a vast amount of experience and the
current market knowledge to get deals done.
Bryan Boyd – Senior Credit Manager, Property
Bryan has over 35 years’ experience in the banking and
finance sector. During this professional career, Bryan has focused on property
and construction finance, dealing in all aspects from product development to
asset creation. Bryan previously co-headed the Institutional Property division
of St George Bank and has held various senior positions at leading financial
institutions such as AMP Bank and GIO. Bryan brings to GCC and its clients an
unparalleled depth of industry knowledge and experience in commercial property
and construction finance.
Lana Kogan – Credit Manager
Lana joined GCC in early 2006 as a Credit Analyst. Prior to
working for GCC she held various roles in the mortgage industry and the
accounting sector. Lana is a graduate of Sydney University with a Bachelor of
Commerce, majoring in Law and Accounting.

each client's specific circumstances and needs - both now and in the

Bill Salouris has been with Global Capital
Corporation (GCC) since its incorporation in 2001 and has been widely involved in the
finance industry in Australia and internationally for well over 20 years. Bill
has specialised in project and infrastructure finance in South East Asia, as
well as arranging foreign investment projects in that region. Under Bill’s
guidance, GCC constantly reviews business best practices and develops new
products and procedures that facilitate clients’ funding objectives, without
encountering the "road blocks” that the traditional banking system throws

Andrew West – National Sales Manager
Andrew’s background in finance and lending stands him in good
stead for his role at Global Capital. With a positive outlook he creates an
optimum approach for our clients, utilising his business strengths derived from
growing and maturing his experience, knowledge and skills over 30 years. Andrew began his career with the Commonwealth
Bank of Australia, gaining lending experience across a diverse range of fields,
from business and asset financing to commercial and property lending. He then
held the role of Commercial Business Development Manager with respectively ING
Bank, Ashe Morgan Commercial; and Suncorp Bank.

Ahmad Gharib - Business Development Manager
Ahmad has worked with various financial
institutions, initially as a Credit Analyst before being promoted to Senior
Relationship Manager. Ahmad holds
an Economics & Finance degree and brings
extensive experience in Commercial & Constructions Loans, as well as all
facets of Retail & Commercial banking. He also offers Insurance Broking
services, predominantly looking after Home Warranty and Construction Risk
Insurance. Ahmad’s experience in Banking & Insurance makes him a valuable
member of our team and to professionally discuss your finance and insurance
needs with you.
Naomi Randell – Sales Executive
Naomi is a Sales Executive with us and joined GCC after
working in the finance industry since 2007.
Naomi started her career with National Australia Bank in the retail
banking sector as a teller, quickly learned the ropes and working her way up to
a Branch Manager position. She then
moved in to Mortgage Broking, where she has strengthened her depth of knowledge
of how mortgage originators, non-bank lenders and the major banks operate and
Nilesh Makani - NSW Brokers: Sales Support Executive
Nilesh joined GCC after having worked for several years in
the finance industry in the UK. He has worked as an underwriter, mortgage
broker and financial advisor for the Royal Bank of Scotland and Bradford &
Bingley and brings valuable experience to our clients from this
background. Nilesh graduated from the
University of London in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Physics with Business.

Tim Malafouris - General Manager Business Finance
Tim has over 20 years’ experience in the business finance
industry, the last 15 in senior management roles. Specialising in business and
asset finance, Tim is a recent addition to GCC and heads up our business
finance division. He joins us after
running Neon Finance for four years; and previously being an Executive
Director at LeaseChoice. Tim combines a comprehensive knowledge of the
equipment finance, debtor finance and trade finance sectors with a keen client
Jesùs DeFelipe - Credit Analyst
With his professional experience providing administrative
and financial support, Jesùs has the ability to work effectively for clients
and establish strong relationships with stakeholders. Jesùs is a graduate of Applied Economics from
the University of Canberra. He grew up in Spain and came to Australia to
complete his degree.
Marcella Roybal MBA - Business Development Manager
Marcella works with a variety of industry sectors providing
our clients with business and asset finance solutions. Business development and
customer service are her strength and she enjoys finding solutions for her
clients and values their working relationships. Marcella manages and executes business
finance transactions up to approximately $20 million. With a Master of Business Administration degree and a
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering, her past career roles have
seen her working in corporate advisory, distribution and management. She has a personal interest in helping others
who are disadvantaged in life.
Geoff Cannings - Chief Financial Officer
Geoff is a qualified accountant with over 30 years’
experience in this field. He has worked as in Chief Financial Officer and
Financial Controller roles both in Australia = in London with companies such as
Lord Howe Island Board, DDB Needham Advertising Agency, Concord Advertising UK,
Knight Frank Pty Ltd, FAI Insurance and the State Rail Authority (SRA).
Covering industries including advertising, shopping centres and property
management, government bodies and financial, Geoff has considerable experience
within the mortgage industry.
